About

Allie Gadziemski walking with son Desmond Gadziemski

I’m Allie, grief coach.

I’ve been where you are. Maybe not exactly where you are, but close enough to understand and relate. I lost my son Desi suddenly in 2024; I know that losing a loved one is full of challenges you never, ever, could have predicted. (That’s an understatement.)

I am passionate about helping others journey through the grueling process of grieving. It is messy, I know.

I will listen with compassion and you will never be judged for how you’re hurting or processing your loss. I am here to support you along the way and when you’re ready, offer some gentle guidance towards healing.

Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking for ongoing support, I am here to encourage you every step of the way.

It can be feel impossible to talk to people that don’t understand the pain and confusion that accompany grief and loss. I’ve been there. It can also feel difficult to talk to supportive friends and family. I experienced this too, when I lost my son.

I offer non-judgmental support for you through your unique grieving process. My primary role until you are ready for more, is to listen with compassion. I will not rush you in your healing and I will hold space for you as you grieve. When you’re ready, I can help guide you towards strength and healing.

Grief coaching is not the same as professional therapy. Grounded Grief Coaching neither provides nor implies professional counseling or therapy. My coaching is not based on any conceptual, theological or intellectual perspectives, as everyone has a unique process of grieving, and grief is seldom linear in nature.

I am here when you’re ready; we can discuss the various ways that I can support you in your journey. My support can look very different for each person, based on what you have the capacity for. The consultation is free and can be done via phone, zoom, text, or email.
